The Bliss More App is a valuable tool for both beginner and experienced meditators. It is designed to guide you through your meditation practice, drawing inspiration from Light Watkins' latest book and his expertise as a Vedic Meditation Teacher.

If you have ever struggled with consistent meditation or found it difficult to establish a meditation habit, Bliss More is the perfect solution. With the E.A.S.Y. method, you can learn to meditate in a way that is accessible and enjoyable, allowing you to experience the numerous benefits of meditation in no time.

By taking part in the Bliss More 21-Day challenge, you will embark on a three-week journey of reading Bliss More and engaging in daily meditations. This methodology, based on Vedic / Transcendental Meditation principles, provides a solid foundation for your practice.

Bliss More caters to both beginners and experienced practitioners alike. It offers features such as daily meditation reminders, challenges to keep you motivated, sunrise time alerts for Surya Namaskar / Sun Salutation, and Light's Daily Dose of Inspiration.
